#89 Devara Betta_46KM

 

 In Devara betta, as the name suggests there are 2 hillocks with a temple at the top of one. Adjacent to these hillocks there are quite a few opportunities for a rock climbing. One monolith is around 80-90feet high with fairly easy climbs.

 देवरबेट्टा में, जैसा कि नाम से पता चलता है कि एक के ऊपर एक मंदिर के साथ 2 पहाड़ी हैं। इन पहाड़ियों के समीप एक चट्टान पर चढ़ने के काफी अवसर हैं। एक मोनोलिथ काफी आसान पर्वतारोहियों के साथ लगभग 80-90 फीट ऊंचा है।

 Along with other typical vegetation to this area is also home to couple of varieties of orchids as well. A species of Habenaria, Vanda along with others can be seen.

इस क्षेत्र में अन्य विशिष्ट वनस्पतियों के साथ-साथ ऑर्किड की दो किस्मों का भी घर है। हबेनारिया, वांडा की एक प्रजाति को अन्य लोगों के साथ देखा जा सकता है।

To the west and north of Devarabetta is the jungle with the vegetation similar to Bannerghatta forest . The terrain consists of low hills with the valleys having thick vegetation. The forest continues as far as Rangaswami hills in the west to Bannerghatta reserve in the north. There are also a few waterholes which should provide oppurtunities for watching the local wildlife.

देवरबेटा के पश्चिम और उत्तर में बंजरघट्टा वन के समान वनस्पतियों वाला जंगल है। इस इलाके में निचली पहाड़ियों के साथ घाटियाँ हैं जिनमें मोटी वनस्पतियाँ हैं। यह जंगल पश्चिम में बन्नेरघट्टा अभ्यारण्य तक पश्चिम में रंगास्वामी पहाड़ियों के रूप में जारी है। कुछ वाटरहोल भी हैं जो स्थानीय वन्यजीवों को देखने के लिए अपारदर्शिता प्रदान करना चाहिए।

#103 Chandra Choodeswarar Temple Hosur

'Chandra Choodeswarar' means the Eshwara who wears the Moon (Chandra) as an ornament on his crest or tuft of hair on top of the head, Shiva's consort Parvathi is worshiped here as Maragathambal. ‘Maragatham’ means green and ‘Ambal’ means mother. This is in reference to the green plants and trees (Photosynthesis), which provide sustenance to all living beings. #01 Bhoga Nandeshwar Nandi_65KM

The original Bhoga Nandeeshwara temple was built in the 9th century. The first phase is believed to have been built by the Bana Queen Ratnavali.
