It’s an ideal location to spend time with your biker gang if you are looking for a short trip. However, it’s recommended that you either go early or late in the day as you won’t find any hidings from the harsh sun.

It is approximately 70 kilometers from HSR Layout Bangalore. There is bus and train public transportation which approximately takes 120 minutes from Bangalore.

Do not attempt to swim since the exact depth is unknown. Besides being a quarry, the water may be chemical ridden. However, the shade of the water is something you can look forward to.

The original Bhoga Nandeeshwara temple was built in the 9th century. The first phase is believed to have been built by the Bana Queen Ratnavali.
