At the foot-hill of Shrungagiri, temple is a Panchamikhi Vinayaka Temple. The temple is also a unique one as one can see the Simhavaahanaroodha where the Panchamukhi Vinayaka is riding a lion. The temple authorities are also planning to build a Navagraha Prathishtapana and Shiva Temple as unique as the Shanmukha temple.

Lord Shanmukha encouraged Sri Sri Bharathi Theertha Mahaswamiji of Sri Sharada Peetham, Sringeri, to assign Dr. R. Arunachalam to build the temple. Dr. R. Arunachalam built a temple on the hill. With his imaginary capacity, he designed the temple based on the name of the deity.

Shanmukha means ‘six-faced god’. Based on the ‘star’ concept, the whole temple is designed. One can see the star-shaped construction in the hall, its outer circle, devotee’s hall, roof design and the outer walls.
शंखमुख का अर्थ है 'छह मुंह वाला भगवान'। On स्टार ’की अवधारणा के आधार पर, पूरे मंदिर को डिज़ाइन किया गया है। हॉल में स्टार के आकार का निर्माण, इसके बाहरी सर्कल, भक्त हॉल, छत के डिजाइन और बाहरी दीवारों को देख सकते हैं।

The six faces of the Shanmukha is evident in the temple’s gopuram. This temple is built on a hillock, 240” above ground level. The Crystal Dome measures to a height of 42”, with 105” circumference and 33” diameter. The six-face gopuram measures about 62”, and the whole temple measures about 123”. Concrete moulded structures of the six faces are 6” thick.
मंदिर के गोपुरम में शनमुख के छह मुख स्पष्ट हैं। यह मंदिर जमीनी स्तर से 240 ”ऊपर एक पहाड़ी पर बना है। क्रिस्टल गुंबद 42 ”की ऊंचाई को मापता है, 105” परिधि और 33 ”व्यास के साथ। छः मुखी गोपुरम 62 ”के बारे में मापता है, और पूरा मंदिर लगभग 123” का है। छह चेहरों की कंक्रीट ढाला संरचनाएं 6 ”मोटी हैं।
