It is perfect place to go for trekking. However, to go for trekking, one is required to take entrance tickets from the authorities at the base of Mandalpatti.

To reach Mandalpatti, you are required to go through a deviating road which is 4 km before Abbey Falls. There are no buses running to the destination. Thus, it is better to hire a private vehicle. It is better to avoid visiting this place during rainy season as the road is still not fully developed and thus path can be rough and slippery during heavy rain days.
