Chunnambar is the official name of the Paradise Beach which is known by very few tourists; the beach has got the name ‘Paradise’ because of its tranquil and peaceful setting that perfectly depicts the meaning of its name. Besides, another reason behind Chunnambar Beach getting name Paradise is its beautiful location.
चुन्नमबार पैराडाइज़ बीच का आधिकारिक नाम है जो बहुत कम पर्यटकों द्वारा जाना जाता है; समुद्र तट को and पैराडाइस ’नाम मिला है क्योंकि इसकी शांत और शांतिपूर्ण सेटिंग है जो इसके नाम के अर्थ को पूरी तरह से दर्शाती है। इसके अलावा, चुनमबार बीच का नाम स्वर्ग होने के पीछे एक और कारण इसकी खूबसूरत जगह है।


Paradise Beach is amongst those perfect locations in the region where one can have some unforgettable holiday time either relishing the taste of seafood or swimming in the water or relaxing at the shore or getting sunbathing.
पैराडाइज बीच इस क्षेत्र के उन आदर्श स्थानों में से एक है जहाँ किसी को छुट्टी का समय हो सकता है या तो समुद्री भोजन का स्वाद लेना चाहिए या पानी में तैरना चाहिए या किनारे पर आराम करना चाहिए या धूप सेंकना चाहिए।

'Chandra Choodeswarar' means the Eshwara who wears the Moon (Chandra) as an ornament on his crest or tuft of hair on top of the head, Shiva's consort Parvathi is worshiped here as Maragathambal. ‘Maragatham’ means green and ‘Ambal’ means mother.
