TK falls is also known as 'SwarnaMukhi' water falls, SwarnaMukhi translates as 'Golden-Faced'.

TK फॉल्स को 'स्वर्णमुखी' के रूप में भी जाना जाता है, स्वर्णरेखा को 'गोल्डन-फेस्ड' के रूप में अनुवाद किया जाता है।


There is no entry to the Falls as it belongs to Karnataka Forest Department and is considered as an elephant corridor hence its protected and entry of tourists is banned and trespassing are fined heavily Thottikallu Falls belongs to Forest Department entry into the Falls is banned and trespassing will be fined heavily.

फॉल्स में कोई प्रविष्टि नहीं है क्योंकि यह कर्नाटक वन विभाग के अंतर्गत आता है और इसे एक हाथी गलियारा माना जाता है इसलिए इसके संरक्षित और पर्यटकों के प्रवेश पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया जाता है और अतिचारों पर भारी जुर्माना लगाया जाता है। भारी जुर्माना लगाया जाए।

'Chandra Choodeswarar' means the Eshwara who wears the Moon (Chandra) as an ornament on his crest or tuft of hair on top of the head, Shiva's consort Parvathi is worshiped here as Maragathambal. ‘Maragatham’ means green and ‘Ambal’ means mother.
